After the 5th of Sept's protest in Xinjiang, 2 persons-in-charge had already stepped down to quench the anger of Han people there. But I think the other 2 also should be punished.
One is Wang Yang (secretary of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee). In order to please the Uyghur groups who worked in Shao Guan, he tried to hide the truth. In fact, the Shao Guan incident happened because a Han girl was raped by the Uyghur workers. That exasperated the Han people, which in the end, caused the death of 2 Uygher worker. The Han people were also unhappy that the Government handed out privillages to the Uygher group. For eg, even they committed a crime, as long as it does not involve killing, they wouldn't be jailed. Because he did not tell the truth to the world, Uyghers in Xinjiang did not know. They thought they were being bullied and started peotesting. It's all because he did not do a good job.
The other one who should step down is Wang Lequan (secretary of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Regional Committee of the CPC and the first political secretary of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Committee of the CPC and the first political commissar of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps). 首先，汪洋在广东韶关事件的处理上及其不当，他为了不把事情闹大，便掩盖了真相，明明是强奸，偏要说是一场误会，结果导致远在新疆的维族人认为他们的同胞受到了不平等的待遇，一场暴乱就这样发生了，试想如果维人若知道真相，他们还好意思闹吗？
其次，王乐泉没能及时安抚双方，或采取必要的法律手段，导致悲剧愈演愈烈，结果才发生了荒唐的针筒袭击，当地人民对他极为不满，既然已经大失民心，即使不下台，也不可能有所作为了，毕竟已经失去了汉维两族所有人民对他的支持。
